FINAL SHOW tonight, and it was, in my opinion, the best one yet. The audience was very responsive, and it was video taped for our future reel, as well as for the PBS special that is going to be done on us in the near future by the aforementioned Dick Robinson (the gentleman who interviewed us on camera a few days earlier). The day began with a great brunch at wonderful restaurant on Worth Avenue called “Taboo.” Our friends John & Peter took us, and the food was great….and the cocoanut cream pie was perhaps one of the best desserts I have EVER had! John and Peter were also the friends who sent Anthony and me Opening Night flowers (see photo below). After brunch, a workout, a nap, and warm-ups, it was showtime. I have not yet talked about our show in detail, but it is a new show we are premiering here. It contains songs from the Broadway and American Songbooks, and is something totally different from what my brother & I have done in the past. This is also the show that we’re taking around the country, and then landing back in NYC at Feinstein’s at Loews Regency with on July 19-23 for a full week engagement. If you are around, we’d love to see you! More info can be found at www.WillandAnthony.com. Just a lil plug.
