TE Networking Group: “How to Land a Position in Tough Times”

Spring is here and the TE Networking Group celebrates by meeting old friends and making new ones. This month’s topic is particularly important for everyone conducting a job search. Sarah Duncan Cardozo will talk to us about “How to Land a Position in Tough Times”.

When: Plan to join us at the next TE Networking meeting is Wednesday, May 5 at 6:45 p.m.

Why: Our meetings this year have been lots of fun. Each meeting brings in lots of new people, resources and ideas. Join us to add your success stories to the group. We provide opportunities for open and structured networking.

Who should come: the fully-employed, the business owner, the self-employed, the under-employed, the unemployed or the part-timer. Now is the time to reinforce your network and help out others in our community.

Speaker and topic: We have a special treat this month. Nationally-recognized leader in career strategies and management, Sarah Duncan Cardozo, is our speaker. Sarah Cardozo Duncan, based in Boston, Massachusetts, is a career strategist with an established national and international client base. Sarah runs her own consulting firm, Career Strategist, and draws upon over twenty years of recruitment and career development experience to help clients define new or existing career paths, or to help them navigate successfully in their current companies. Come hear Sarah Cardozo Duncan speak talk to us about “How to Land a Position in Tough Times”.

Where: We meet, generally, on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:45 p.m. at Temple Emanuel, 385 Ward Street, Newton. The building is handicap accessible and there is on-street parking.
